Shipping / Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and carriers depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Signature confirmation may be required or available depending on the carrier and destination. If the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient, except in cases of confirmed carrier error or delivery discrepancies. Customers should contact us if there are any issues with the delivery.
If your package is delayed or cannot be located, please contact **alissa@luvwin.com**. Claims regarding missing or lost packages must be reported **within 7 days of the delivery date**. We will assist with carrier investigations and provide a **replacement or refund if the package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier.
Orders / Processing
Processing time depends on product type, stock status, and any customization. In-stock wigs are usually shipped within 2 working days. Custom wigs may require approximately 20 working days.
- Before shipment: You can request changes or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at alissa@luvwin.com.
- After shipment: If you still wish to cancel, please contact us promptly. You may return the item after delivery, and we will provide the return address and instructions. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 2–3 working days. Please allow extra time for transit. Original shipping cost is not refundable.
If the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake, Luvwin will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for buyer’s reasons (e.g., changed mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customization
Yes, we offer custom-made wigs. Custom orders may require approximately 20 working days for production.
You may provide preferences in the order notes. We will try to accommodate your request within production capabilities.
