Processing Time
In-stock wigs
Orders for in-stock wigs are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Out-of-stock or made-to-order wigs
For items that are out of stock or require production, the processing time is 15–20 working days, excluding shipping time.
Customized wigs
Customized products, including custom cap size or custom color, require 15–20 working days for production, excluding shipping time.
Please note that the processing time for each product is clearly stated on the product page. Customers are advised to review this information before placing an order.
Shipping Time
We ship orders via USPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
The estimated shipping time is 3–9 working days, calculated from the date the order is shipped.
Actual delivery time may vary based on the carrier’s operations and local logistics conditions.
Po.Box & Military Base
We cannot deliver to PO Box or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Please provide a physical street address to ensure proper delivery.
Customs &Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees as required by local authorities.
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
The exact amount is determined by local customs regulations and is beyond our control.
Customs declarations are completed truthfully, reflecting the actual product type and value in accordance with applicable laws.
If any documentation or information is required for customs clearance, Luvwin will fully cooperate and provide the necessary assistance.

Sign for Delivery
For certain shipments, signature confirmation may be required or available depending on the carrier and destination.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient, except in cases of carrier error or confirmed shipping issues.
If you have special delivery requests or concerns, please contact our customer support before shipment.
Multiple Items
Orders including more than one item may shipp separate and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are sent via email within 48 hours after shipment.
What is item processing time?
After an order is placed, items go through a standard quality inspection process before shipment.
Processing time varies by product type, availability, and customization requirements.

Lost Package Policy

If the carrier’s tracking information shows the package as delivered, it is considered delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to verify the delivery status with the local carrier and check with neighbors or building management if applicable.

Any claims regarding missing or lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date so that we can assist in a timely manner. We will assist with an investigation through the carrier, which may take approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the carrier’s procedures.

If the carrier officially confirms that the package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

If the carrier confirms successful delivery, Luvwin is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery, except in cases of carrier error or confirmed delivery discrepancies.
