The wig is beautiful. It is soft and takes curls well. Because the 12 inch was out of stock, I received what appears to be 14 or 16inch. Wow! How cool is that!! I asked for a small size cap and I didn't get the custom small, thus the cap is too large my head. Other than that, this is a GREAT Wig! AND Customer service is really great!!
