I want everyone to know the customer service was beyond any I have experienced. I’ve been wearing wigs for a very long time and dealt with several different companies where my customer service experience was subpar at best! There was an issue with my address and right away, everything was corrected. My unit was shipped and arrived at my doorstep within four days in a foreign country. Now for the hair.. Immediately, I knew that this was going to be my favorite! The salt and pepper was a little bit blondish, but after washing it with a toning purple shampoo, this hair is nothing short of amazing! The cap with the nonslip edges, and the elastic strap made me realize that I had not been getting the quality I deserved! If you are looking to embrace your salt and pepper and want a beautiful hairdo every day you cannot go wrong. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence with purchasing. One last thing, I’m not a hair girl and don’t know how to lay edges, but this unit is a true put on and go.
