First of all I had to wait sixteen days before I received my order in which the site stated five business days. They didn’t even have it in a box like I got before it came in a bag. And the worse part is the wig is so frayed like it has been setting in stock for quite sometime. It has absolutely no volume and I paid way to much for it to look the way it does. I am so very disappointed and I feel that you need to correct this or issue me a refund back because at this point I don’t feel comfortable ordering another wig from you in the future. Very unhappy. This wig pictured here looks absolutely not like the one that I ordered. The one that was sent has no volume matter of fact it looks like it’s been weighted down in oil absolutely no life to it. I would really appreciate your attention to this unfortunate situation.
